Welcome to SmartFind Express (SFE) for Victoria ISD. SFE is the absence management and substitute securing system for ALL employees and substitutes. You must activate and register your account by phone if you are an employee who wants to request use of leave (time off for any reason) and/or request a substitute, or if you are a substitute who is seeking to find sub jobs. 361-436-5444. IMPORTANT: BEFORE CALLING THIS NUMBER, YOU MUST KNOW YOUR EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW YOUR EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER, PLEASE ASK YOUR CAMPUS OR DEPT SECRETARY TO SHARE IT WITH YOU. You will use your EMPLOYEE ID number as your ACCESS ID number and your PIN number initially during this set-up process.
